Please note that all 2027 bookings are initially provisional.
Oktoberfest tent reservations for 2027 have not yet been released by the tents. We are therefore accepting bookings in advance to give our guests the opportunity to secure their preferred tour date early and benefit from our Early Bird pricing.
Your booking will become fully confirmed once the Hofbräu Festzelt opens its reservation process for Oktoberfest 2027 and confirms our table reservation.
Until the tent confirms the reservation, you may cancel your booking at any time with a 100% refund.
As soon as we receive the official confirmation from the Hofbräu Festzelt, we will send you an email confirming that your booking is now fully confirmed.
From that point onward, our regular Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy will apply.
We will keep you informed throughout the reservation process and will contact you as soon as we have confirmation from the tent.
The meeting point is Karlsplatz (Stachus).
The Karls Gate is located at the city center in Karlsplatz (Stachus). You can get there easily by public transportation. The Stachus is a 5-10 minute walk from the Munich central station (Hauptbahnhof). We will meet up directly by the Karls Gate next to the Mc Donald's and start our tour from there.
The tour will end with the end of our Oktoberfest Table Reservation within the Oktoberfest Tent. The Table Reservation inside the Hofbräu Tent lasts until 4 PM.
Our tour guests have the possibility to stay in the Oktoberfest beer tent after the reservation is finished or further explore the festival grounds on their own.
We highly recommend to wear comfortable footwear and in case it rains, we suggest to also bring a rain proof jacket or an umbrella.
Bring Cash so you can tip the waiters and in case you want to get some extra food & drinks at the festival or to buy souvenirs, because Card Payments are usually not accepted inside the Oktoberfest Tents.
Also bring your Phone so you can take memorable pictures and videos :)

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour start.
No Backpack and no big Bags are allowed to the Oktoberfest grounds.
Bags should not be bigger than 20 x 15 x 10 centimeters (about 8 x 6 x 4 inch).
Also, it is not allowed to bring any kind of glass onto the festival grounds.
